Halftime is done now and on the one hand I'm really happy about it! On the other hand I'm happy that there are still two and a half weeks to go because I haven't reached my goal so far. I planned to lose at least 6 kg in these 6,5 weeks. As you know my sister is going to get married this year and because I'm her maid of honor I want to wear a really pretty dress. To look my best there is still work to be done. I would like my arms to be a bit more toned and that's why I work out with dumbbells. Due to a cold I had last week I couldn't hit the gym but now I feel good again and I'm going to work out tonight.

Until now I've only shared recipes for lunch and dinner with you and that's why it was time to document my breakfast for you guys. I love to eat overnight oats or porridge in the morning. For porridge I boil 1/2 cup of milk and 1/2 cup of water and then I add unsweetened porridge. When it's getting a bit thicker, I put the porrdige in a plate and let it cool down a bit before I add fruit. That's the way I like it best! The banana and the berries make the breakfast pretty sweet and you need neither sugar nor cinnamon. I have to admit that I was craving sweets lately but thank god I could resist. This is also a reason why I'm happy that the fasting isn't over yet because within these 6.5 weeks I never cheat. But what will happen after lent? I don't wanna think about that right now...
