Fasting week 3 is over! Unbelievable that it's half time in three days. Time goes by so fast. At the moment I have a cold and that's why I haven't been to the gym lately. I hope I'll be fit soon because meanwhile I miss doing sports if I haven't been there in three days! You get used to everything it's really funny...

I'm really addicted to sweet fruit at the moment. For pineapples, raspberries and blueberries I'd leave everything behind. I guess I compensate my craving for sugar with that. But who knew that fruit sugar would be such a satisfactory alternative. I have to admit that those fruit are not that cheap but in comparison to sweets it's still cheaper - when you stopped buying sweets everyday you'll notice how much you've really spent on them (for me it was around 2-3 € per day). 

This week I've made this dish with quinoa, kale, sprouts and pepper. All you need to do is cook quinoa and steam kale, sprouts and pepper. In the end you mix everything and season it. It tastes really healthy but it's also really delicious!

#40dayschallenge - Résumé Week 3:

- less sports because I had a cold
- one more pair of trousers from former times fit me now
- thighs and stomache became noticeable slimmer
- craving for sweets are almost completely gone
- 3.5 kg less on the scale since the start
