I guess you know already that I love selfmade smoothies (here is my favorite green smoothie) and juices (here you'll find my 5 days juicing detox diary). Unfortunately you don't always have the time to juice the good juices at home and therefore I was looking for a great alternative to take with me. I often bought juices from different countries but now I'm more than happy that there is one from my hometown (Vorarlberg). Until now you could only get it at the Rauch Juice Bar in Vienna and now you can get it at Merkur in Innsbruck and I got quite a few.
My favorites are Vitaminator (with apple, ginger, strawberry and kiwi) and Grünschabel (with apple, pineapple, spinach, lime and chilli). Hangover (with apple, beet, lime and basil) was a bit too particular for my taste - I rather eat my beet with salad. The juices are really filling which is great after a workout from Kayla Itsines (which I'm trying to stick to these 12 weeks - I made a break last week because I was sick). Furthermore the juices can be refrigerated for quite a while which means you can buy them in bulk and drink them whenever you feel like.
The juices are available at Sutterlüty, Merkur, Billa, Spar and Interspar (unfortunately not in every store - we were looking for them for ages!). Do you already know these juices? Which one is your favorite?
