Lent is almost over now it's only another 4 days and I can tell you: on Saturday I'll go out at the stroke of midnight I'll drink a glas of wine and when I'm home I'll have a piece of chocolate! It'll be a feast, I'm counting the days already. 

I'm really happy with what I reached so far and I would definitely like to continue - I still have another half week and I'm still missing half a kg! Before I started with fasting I already did a Juice Cleanse and shared a lot of juice/smoothie recipes with you guys. Most of them were based on veg or fruit but because I did work out a lot I felt that my body needed more energy. That's why I was looking for a great alternative and what is better agains muscle ache than eggs? That why I share this recipe today, perfect for people who work out a lot: 

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 spring onion
  • bacon
  • chia seeds
  • coconut oil
  • milk
  • salt/pepper

Just put all ingriedients in a blender, mix well and immediately drink it cold. It's super delicious and gives you a lot of energy!

APRIL FOOLS!

Of course I cooked this in a pan afterwards! Even if you work out a lot, raw eggs are a no go! Did you fall for this? Inspired by Emily from Cupcakes & Cashmere (I really did fall for her April Fools' joke last year) I wanted to do something funny too this year!
