Bag Inside My Bag

1.       Make-Up Bag

I guess one can never have enough make-up bags. I change mine every year because I normally get one each year when I rebuy my beauty products.

Ich glaube man kann nie genug Make-Up Täschchen haben. Ich wechsle meines jedes Jahr, da ich immer ein Neues bekomme, wenn ich meine Beauty Produkte nachkaufe.

2.       Hair Ties

Because my hair grew back quite long it’s always good to have some hair ties on hand because you never know when you need one: weather might change or they might solely annoy you.

Da meine Haare wieder recht lang gewachsen sind, ist es immer gut, ein paar Haargummis dabei zu haben, da man nie weiß, wenn man welche braucht: das Wetter kann sich ändern oder die Haare gehen einem einfach auf den Keks.

3.       Lip Balm with SPF

Ich really like this Bobbi Brown lip balm, that’s why I always have it in my bag. If the weather is nice during our lunch break and we sit outside, I love to put some on.

Ich finde diesen Bobbi Brown Lip Balm einfach so toll, dass ich ihn immer in meiner Tasche habe. Wenn es wirklich mal warm ist in der Mittagspause und wir draußen sitzen, trage ich ihn gerne auf.

4.       Ear Phones

Back then when I still got to work by train I always listened to music in the morning. Now I use them to call people when I’m in the car.

Als ich noch mit dem Zug in die Arbeit bin, habe ich in der Früh immer Musik gehört. Nun verwende ich sie, um zu telefonieren, wenn ich im Auto bin.

5.       Tissues

I’m a big sneezer – I only have to look directly in the sun – and people around me like to spill things. That’s why I never leave the house without tissues.

Ich bin ein großer Nieser – ich muss nur direkt in die Sonne schauen – und die Leute um mich, schütten gerne Sachen aus. Daher verlasse ich das Haus nie ohne Taschentücher.

6.       Mirror/Comb

7.       Lipgloss

This Chanel lipgloss smells so nice that I love to put it on in the morning or during work.

Dieser Chanel Lipgloss riecht so gut, dass ich ihn gerne morgens und während der Arbeit immer wieder mal auftrage.

8.       Lipstick

For spontaneous dinner nights it’s always good to refresh your office look with a splash of color.

Für spontane Abendessen ist es immer gut, wenn man den Büro Look mit etwas Farbe aufpeppen kann.

9.       Lip Balm

Another lip balm. Mainly because I like how cute it looks. Full stop.

Noch ein Lipbalm. Hauptsächlich weil er so süß aussieht. Punkt.

10.   Hand Cream

Mostly my hands are quite dry – also in summer. Because I change my nail polish at least twice a week, I guess my nails are also quite stressed sometimes.

Meine Hände sind meistens trocken – auch im Sommer. Da ich meinen Nagellack mindestens zweimal in der Woche wechsle, sind meine Nägel auch relativ strapaziert.

11.   Plaster & Painkiller

Shoes that rubb, head that hurts – the first aid kit is always with me.

Schuhe die drücken, ein Kopf der weh tut – das erste Hilfe Kit ist immer dabei.

12.   Perfume

I’m a big lover of perfume. Sometimes when I forget it in the morning or want to refresh it in the afternoon it’s quite handy to have a perfume sample in my bag.

Ich bin ein großer Fan von Parfum. Manchmal vergesse ich es in der Früh oder möchte es am Nachmittag auffrischen, daher ist es ganz praktisch, ein Pröbchen in der Tasche zu haben.

13.   Pen

Because I’m not very good at charging my phone, it’s always useful to have a pen with me, if there is something important I should not forget.

Da ich im Handyladen nicht gerade gut bin, habe ich immer einen Stift bei mir, sollte es etwas Wichtiges zu notieren geben, das ich sonst vielleicht vergesse.
