Frozen Yogurt

I'm truly a dessert person - if you ask me, the day should already start with a dessert instead of breakfast. But as I'm trying to be good - as often as possible - I thought of a way to create delicious, sugar-free desserts. The first thing I came up with, was homemade frozen yogurt. All you need is 500 g of frozen fruits (I used berries) and 1 cup of yogurt. The only thing I add to sweeten it a bit is one table spoon of honey. Then you blend everything with a food processor or blender. Due to the fact, that the fruits are frozen, you instantly have frozen yogurt. You only need to add fresh fruits as a topping.
