As you know I’m addicted to anything sweet (my bf can confirm this!). Mostly goodies made with chocolate: after eight, oreo cookies, literally everything from Kinder, and so on. I tried out several recipes with goodies (here, here and here), all with dark chocolate. Therefore I thought it’s time for some white one and discovered this Raffaello muffin recipe online (similar here). They turned out incredible delicious and look super cute with the shredded coconut on top.
