Guys it's only 10 months until our wedding and I run out of excuses... I want to go find my dress end of September or beginning of October and until then quite some things have to change. The summer fat hast to come off and yes, you hear right... Summer fat is the fat that consists of balls and balls of ice cream, countless Hugo cocktails on the terrace and BBQs on a daily basis. This has to come to an end at least for the next time. 

I set myself the challenge to workout everyday for at least 30 minutes. This doesn't have to be running or HIT everyday, I just wanna move 30 minutes everyday. It can either be rock climbing, running, yoga, HIT, pilates, playing badminton (the only sports I can beat my Mr.!). 

I also wanna try not to have carbohydrates in the evening, leave away sugar, only have three meals a day and drink at least 2.5 liter water.
