Already in our old flat I tried to grow a little herbs garden and put mint and parsley in a flower pot which then stood on the window sill. When it was really hot and the sun was shining against the house wall it all dried out. In the new flat I really wanted to try it again and it turned out great! We use herbs for almost every dish be it salad, soup, cottage cheese or BBQ sauces.Â
