I love snacking! Most of the time I have sweets which is not that healthy. Therefore I was looking for a healthier version - even though I didn't cut out sweets because they are just too good but you definitely need healthy stuff too. Today I'll show you my favorite healthy snacks and I'll also tell you how I'm preparing them.Â
What are your favorite healthy snacks?
Quark with herbs - really easy:
- 1 cup of quark
- 1 tbsp yogurt
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of pepper
- herbs
Salted kernels - available in every grocery store.
