Week 5 was great! I worked out a lot and I really focused on my diet. Until now I've lost a nice amount of weight and my belt even fastens a bit tighter. When I look in the mirror I also see a difference with regards to my face (my cheeks got less and also my neck looks thinner). The parka and the pink wool coat I bought this winter are quite loose and it's easier to walk in high shoes. I feel really good!

Due to the fact that I work out a lot I'm still looking for great things to eat. Food from the category 'Superfoods' are my thing at the moment. Superfoods are e.g. blueberries, kale, dark beens, broccoli, salmon, oats, etc. I eat loads of salad with kale at the moment and that's why I wanted to share this recipe with you. I changed it a bit because I used no ginger and no marple sirup. All ingridients can be eaten raw but if you have a weak stomach you should probably cook the red cabbage first.
