As long as I can remember my mum never bought an Advent wreath but always made one on her own. Inspired by her I never bought one myself and since I'm living together with Tom, I've always made one myself too. Last year for example it looked like this. I'm not a big fan of a classical, bound Advent wreath because I'd rather have something individual. This year I wanted to use my new cake stand (mine is unfortunately already sold out but this one is pretty similar) and that's how I came up with this idea. Grabbed some candles and self picked greens from the woods (because mum always says "You always need something green because otherwise it's not cozy!") and the master piece was done. I hope you like it.
