Green Smoothie

To be honest: I only came across green smoothies/juices when I saw a report about it on TV a couple of weeks ago. Of course I already saw a lot of celebrities walking around with green juices in various magazines, but I never really thought about it. Then when I saw this report I instantly wanted to try it and searched for recipes online. At the end I've learnt that you can put whatever you like into your smoothie. And that's what I did hereafter and I can tell you: It's soo delicious. I had it every single day in the evening since I started it and I will deffo continue with it. Green smoothies are full of vitamins and power; all your body needs to stay fit and healthy!

What's in my smoothie:

  • 1 glass of water
  • 1 green apple
  • 1/3 cucumber (peeled)
  • 1 kiwi
  • 1 lemon
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 2 cups spinach

Important: liquid first, then soft ingredients, then firmer ones!
