As Halloween is just around the corner I wanted to bake some spooky cupcakes. They are very easy to make and look super cute if you are planing a Halloween party at your place. Since I put a lot of effort into decorating the cupcakes, I only used a basic chocolate muffin recipe that you can find on every baking website. For the frosting I used 250 ml of cream and beat it until it was stiff. Then I decorated the cupcakes with the cream and dipped them into chocolate sprinkles. For the ghosts I used marshmallows and added some chocolate sprinkles to create the eyes. For the headstones I used whole grain cookies that create the creepy look and wrote on spooky words with icing. I took the cupcakes to work and everyone loved those creepy creations!
